Eve no Jikan

Hey, it's the first chapter of the Eve no Jikan manga!

We're not picking this up. 95% of this is an exact copy of the dialogue from the first 7 minutes of the first episode, and the remaining 5% is a couple bubbles of Rikuo's thoughts. Liupha and I loved the series and the movie, but this carbon copy manga is pretty boring and doesn't add anything new.
EDIT: Okay, so apparently the later chapters do feature some interesting new stories. We might pick this up later, after Evangelion goes back on hiatus and we do a few more chapters of CSR. We still need to find these new chapters or scan them ourselves though, so it will be a while yet.
Next up, Missing Mail, which I'm looking forward to. If there is a new chapter of Evangelion in August, we'll do that too.

Status Update



I feel like I should explain our month without releases.

The delays are all on my part as translator, because I've been pretty busy the last month. I got a full-time job and I've recently started putting together my own start-up. I'm still working on the translations, but its very slow-going.

Eve no Jikan should be out before the end of the month, because for the most part it's a direct rip of the dialogue from the first half of episode 1. After that, Chrome Shelled Regios, for sure.
